At Thinkads, we aim to deliver the best digital marketing and web solutions tailored to your business needs. If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer partial refunds based on the project’s completion stage.

📌 Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund of up to 50% of the total project cost if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of project initiation.

  • The work completed is less than 50%.

The remaining 50% is non-refundable, as it covers planning, strategy, and early implementation work.

⚠️ Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • The project is already completed and delivered.

  • More than 50% of the project work has been completed.

  • The refund request is raised after the 7-day window.

Please include:

  • Your Project ID

  • Reason for the refund

  • Any relevant details
